Redtooth Poker Terms & Conditions

Regional Finals

  • To be eligible to take part in the regional finals, you must have played at least 4 games throughout the 13-week season in the venue you have qualified from.
  • No changes can be made after noon on the Friday before the regional final.
  • ID is required on entry.
  • If you encounter any unforeseen circumstances on the day and may be late please contact the casino to inform the Redtooth representatives. Please be advised you may be refused entry into the tournament.
  • You must register on arrival with your Grosvenor membership card (other players cannot pre-register you into the tournament)
  • There are no cash alternatives to the VEGAS100 prize.
  • Redtooth will not be held responsible if you are refused entry into the casino for failure to comply with Grosvenor Casino rules.
  • See VEGAS100 T&CS.

 

National Finals

  • You cannot transfer national final seats if you are unable to attend season 1&2 or season 3&4 national finals.
  • If you qualify on two occasions in season 1&2 or season 3&4 this will only result in 1 national final seat for the final you have qualified for.
  • You must register on arrival with your Grosvenor membership card (other players cannot pre-register for you).
  • A £10 buy-in is required from all players taking part.
  • ID is required on entry.
  • If you encounter any unforeseen circumstances on the day and may be late please contact the casino to inform Redtooth representatives, please be advised you may be refused entry into the tournament.
  • There is no cash alternative to the VEGAS100 prize.
  • Redtooth will not be held responsible if you are refused entry for failure to comply with Grosvenor Casino rules.

VEGAS100 Online

  • You must be registered to a live Redtooth venue to participate.
  • Open to Redtooth Poker & The Nuts Poker players.
  • See VEGAS100 T&CS
  • In regards to any final online/live last minute VEGAS100 qualifiers Redtooth Poker reserve the right to make changes to the T&Cs and Redtooth's decision is final.
  • Last Chance Saloon is for a player seat and is only transferable as an additional guest ticket and has no monetary value.
    Players who have already won seats and have guests will not be eligable for a refund and the ticket will be for an additional guest.
  • VEGAS100 online guest qualifiers are open to everyone and please beware this ticket is for an additional seat - players and guests who have already won tickets or are already guests of the trip will not be eligible for a refund. 
     

Redtooth Poker Tour

  • You must have played 8 games in an active Redtooth Poker or The Nuts Poker League venue in the last 12 months prior to the event - attendees will be checked against our records (please be aware if you have not played the required games and purchased a ticket no refunds will be given)
  • Open to Redtooth Poker & The Nuts Poker players.
  • Online games do not count toward your games played total.
  • If you encounter any unforeseen circumstances on the day and may be late please contact the casino to inform the Redtooth representative, please be advised you may be refused entry into the tournament.
  • Dates/Venues may be subject to change due to availability
  • Season tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable
  • All ticket prices include a non refundable booking fee
  • Free Add-ons (if advertised) are only available to players who have played 13 pub league games in the 12 months prior to the events - attendees will be checked against our records
  • Redtooth are not to be held responsible if you are refused entry for failure to comply with casino rules
  • Redtooth Poker's decision is final on all matters

VEGAS100

  • You must have played 4 games in an active Redtooth venue in the last 12 months to be able to take part.
  • Any qualifier under 21 will not be able to attend.
  • The trip is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • Players are responsible for getting to and from the designated UK airport.
  • No refunds will be made on balance monies paid to qualifiers and/or guests after the end of January.
  • Hotel occupancy is based on sharing a twin room. Single occupancy rooms can be made available if requested but a supplement would be payable by yourself and if this is not paid you will be assigned a room mate.
  • You need to provide Redtooth with a copy of your passport, proof of your ESTA approval and travel insurance details by the end of March. If this has not been received by this date your seat will be released and all monies forfeited.
  • Payments need to be paid in full by the end of March before the trip. If the balance has not been paid in full your seat will be released and all monies forfeited.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be made on balance monies paid by Redtooth players and/or guests after the end of January.
  • Prices of the trip may be amended as Redtooth see fit due to the exchange rate.
  • All guests must hold a valid passport and be eligible to visit the USA and arrange suitable travel insurance as needed.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to travel to the USA. Redtooth will not be held responsible if you are refused entry into the USA and it will be down to you to resolve this issue.
  • No alternative prizes will be made available.
  • Redtooth will not book your flight until you have had your ESTA/Visa approved. 
  • Redtooth reserve the right to change or amend this prize.

 

WLPC

  • You must be registered in an active Redtooth Poker or The Nuts Poker League venue to be able to take part.
  • Any qualifier under 21 will not be able to attend.
  • The trip is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Redtooth Poker Privacy Policy – May 2018

 

This is our privacy policy – it explains what data we need from you and why for the operation of the Redtooth Poker league.

 

We collect and use two types of data for the operation of the league.

 

  1. Venue Information– This includes the address, manager/landlord details etc. This is used for admin and communication regarding the operation of the league.
  2. Player Information– This includes name, address, telephone and email. This is used to record your scores, invite you to finals and to keep you up to date with news and offers from Redtooth Poker. It is also used for the venue to communicate with you about upcoming games and offers.

 

Venue / Customer Registration

  • As a customer of Redtooth we require your name, venue name, address and telephone as well as a valid email address.
  • We use this information to create your account, this is done on our internal system and only used in house – we never pass this information onto anyone.
  • We will keep this data whilst you are a customer and keep it on our system for three years afterwards. During this time, we may contact you with offers and promotions from Redtooth that are relevant to your business.
  • If you want us to remove your data at any time you can call us on 01246 813713.

 

Player Registration

  • To play in the league you will have to register at a venue (Pub).
  • We require you to complete a player registration paper form that includes your name, address, telephone and email address. There is also a declaration to sign to say you will not undertake any illegal gambling – this form is used by the venue and/or Redtooth to add you to the league.
  • You will then be issued a membership card with a unique membership number.
  • These paper forms are kept by the venue and/or Redtooth until the end of the current season then the paper copies are securely destroyed. The venue may return them to Redtooth in the postage paid envelopes for us to secure shred them once the data is entered into the database.

 

How is player data used during the Poker League?

  • Your player profile for your venue is used to record your scores each week as you play poker.
  • This is displayed on the Redtooth Poker website with your score and your name.
  • This data is always historically available on the site, even if you stop playing in your pub and your player profile for that venue isn’t active any more.
  • If you haven’t played a ‘live game’ in your venue for 4 seasons (12 Months) then we will deactivate your player profile for that venue. This means you won’t receive any information from Redtooth Poker or your local venue in regard to the Poker league.
  • If you wish to have your name removed from the historic game data, you can contact us and we can anonymise the data for you.
  • We will contact you regarding regional final invitations, national final initiations and other prizes and events as required throughout the year using the information supplied to us.
  • We do not sell this data or use it for third party marketing
  • We will contact you via email with news of other events and what’s coming up in the Redtooth Poker league, the Redtooth Poker Tour and for online events operated with our partner Grosvenor Casinos. If you wish to receive this information, then please make sure you have opted in from your player profile. This can be updated at any time.
  • The venue can send you info regarding offers and upcoming events as well – to receive these communications you need to opt in via your player profile page. This can be updated at any time.

 

Live Events

As part of our league throughout the year we hold various regional finals, national finals and other events. We often take photos and videos at these events and use them on our website and social media to report on who’s won and keep the venues in the league up to date. This can also include live streams of the final table via Facebook live. If you do not wish to be included in these photos and/or videos then please let the Redtooth team member who is present at the event know and we will ensure that you are not included.
