A 10 player final included current Vegas 100 member Mike Samuels, who unfortunately couldn’t repeat the feat on this occasion as he had to settle for a 7th place finish. This was after Mike Griffiths exited in 10th with Daniel Beswick 9th and Kevin Palmer 8th. Vince Marino was 6th with Ade Clark 5th, Gary Young 4th and Martin Bailey 3rd. The heads-up encounter came down to Andrew Page vs. Liam O’Mahoney for the Central England title and Vegas 100 package. The final hand had Liam holding Q-10 to Andrew’s K-9 with Andrew’s stack being at risk. The final board came down 8-5-2-10-9 to give Liam the win and the final Central England Vegas 100 package.
