Leg 2 of the Redtooth Poker Tour 2014 hit Dundee with an impressive 77 runners, a big improvement of 50 players on last year’s Glasgow leg. This meant £385 was paid out in prizes in addition to the £1,000+ top prize of a trip to Las Vegas next year. We also threw in 7 UK National Final seats, the most we have ever given away at a Scottish event.

After a gruelling 9 and half hour long battle it was Forfar’s Fiona Mackintosh who came out on top after beating 2014 Vegas 100 member Craig McLuckie heads up. Craig was hoping to become only the fourth player to join the elite club of reaching a 2nd Vegas 100 trip until Fiona ended the dream to become the 2nd female winner of this year’s tour after Kirsty Lord took down the Sheffield leg last month.

It was another good showing from Victor Foster in 7th place who was also part of the Vegas 100 group in May and Victor finished just ahead of Bud Chatwin who will be representing Redtooth Poker in the GUKPT in September after winning a Redtooth Poker exclusive online qualifier last month.

The third leg of the Redtooth Poker Tour will visit Newcastle on Sunday 27th July. Tickets are still available to buy here with another golden Vegas 100 envelope up for grabs!
